Grilled Microgreens Vegetable Salad

Instructions

1/2 cup zucchini
1/2 cup asparagus
1/4 cup red onion
1/4 cup beets
4 oz micro salad
1 lemon
avocado oil
maldon sea salt
ground black pepper
 

Directions
- Grill vegetables: zucchini, asparagus, red onion, beets
- Place grilled vegetables on a bed of Micro Salad
- Season with Maldon sea salt, avocado oil, lemon, and ground black pepper to taste
